Parents please STOP COMPARING. Try to understand your children. Stop making them feel useless. Those smiles outside are actually hiding a broken, depressed soul inside. Don't be the murderer of your own child's soul.
Disclaimer: I know that depressive disorder is a serious mental condition. I want to repeat that I am not facing depression but there are so many people who are. Someone needs to talk about depression now.
Don't feel afraid that you are gonna embarrass yourself. You don't have to be a good singer to sing for yourself. If you like, you sing for yourself. Have a favourite song . Watch motivational videos if you are feeling sad or lacking motivation
