October is Breast Cancer awareness month and I thought it was highly appropriate to divert slightly from my usual Kindly Blunt chat to highlight this important subject.

I know none of us want to think about cancer but the truth is, we all know someone that has been affected by the wrath of cancer.  I am also willing to bet that most people have a connection to someone who has had breast cancer.
