As an educator at some point in our career we have faced the feeling of inadequacy which births the fruit of discouragement. Today’s episode will be on ways we can deal with the feeling of discouragement & inadequacy. We must first recognise that the feeling of discouragement & inadequacy are weapons that the enemy uses so that we can quit, for God has called you into that profession and school of a purpose. The enemy always fights against God’s purpose. So the fight is not necessarily against you but the purpose in which you are carrying or fulfilling.
