In today’s episode we’re doing thing a little different… I’ll be taking you through a mindfulness exercise called ‘Leaves On A Stream’ which is used to encourage detached awareness from our thoughts. Sometimes it’s all too easy to get consumed by our thoughts, but through creating a daily practice of noticing them without becoming involved in them we can begin to create an awareness. Through creating awareness, we begin to recognise what our ‘hot thoughts’ are; the thoughts that tend to drop up most often.
