Starring veteran podcasters Duff and Shampu, LaserDisco takes all aspects of film new and old and tries to put a fun spin on them. We talk about upcoming news, play some games, and break down movies. The show features full musical scoring on each episode and an overload of soundboard effects (Think morning radio show mixed with James Lipton).In addition to discussing various aspects of the episode's movie topic, each episode will feature different segments like "The F***ing News", "Burning Questions" and "Beer Is Good". We will also feature everyone's soon to be favorite game...Recastaball. Recastaball will feature a rotating rules set where we recast a movie. The rules may range from simply casting new actors, to taking characters from other movies and placing them within the plot or even "casting" characters as if they were the actors themselves. We may even ruin a movie by casting the most implausible set of actors imaginable (Can anyone say Citizen Kane starring Arnold Schwarzenegger?)We have all of this and so much more, so jump in feet first and become a member of our fan club...the LaserCats!
