If you are under bad leadership it's not the end of the world. There are ways to make your situation better. One of the most important things to improve your situation is to establish a relationship with your peers and most importantly your leader, find common ground, remember names children/spouses, and earn their respect. Once you establish these things will run a bit smoother.
