You can have the perfect image, a great offer and nailed the audience for your ad and it still might not get the clicks. The solution might be more straightforward but something you hadn't considered - the customer may not actually know what your product or service is. 

In today's episode, Nick sits down to talk about a problem he's had with one of his Ads Clinic clients who has a great product but their ad is not getting clickthroughs. He discusses some of the different things they have tested to try and fix this issue and reminds us the importance of making sure that your ads clearly explain what it is that you do.
