In this episode, we tap into the awakening. The beginning, the start of all things new. The journey we tap into in order to be our best selves. In this journey, we go on to grow and heal, as we shed and uncover layers of ourselves we either no longer need or need to be revealed. What does that look like? How can I be better?  Knowing where and how to start is key in the right direction to achieving love and happiness within the self.
