My aim is to help remove the stigma around men getting help with their all round health their mind , body and training their mental health muscles. We think nothing of going to a gym, but have been conditioned to believe keeping our mind healthy is something better kept to ourselves. The world is full of choice, but that also means we can choose something not healthy as easily as the opposite.
I hope to help highlight little tips from my own journey and where extra support can be found, and also show not only is it more cool to talk than not, it is the best way to be the best version of you
