His work focuses on partnering with parents and students to co-create better relationships, developing healthy leaders, and coaching people one on one to achieve personal goals. Brando’s background is eclectic with experience in corporate marketing, youth pastoring, co-founding two non-profit start-ups, and leadership development and coaching for hundreds of leaders, parents, and students. He is married to his wife Caitlin and is a proud father to two beautiful children.
