Phil met Jorge when he rented his guest house in Sherman Oaks on a trip to Los Angeles to record his album Baritone 61.7 at Ted Wulfers' studio in. After a couple of brief, but profound discussions, Phil felt compelled to spend some time talking with Jorge before heading off to the studio one morning. This became the official first episode of Life, Music, and the Pursuit of Answers.
