Be aware that we are toxic at times. We pass up on our blessings and being unaware of how we're program to not communicate with each other in an effective way. If you don't have anything constructive to say, don't say anything at all.

This means that if a toxic person comes your way and you can't think of anything that can come out of yall talking, leave it alone.
