In this special edition of Lines from Loganberry, we present a seminar conducted by Dr. Monica C. Bell, Associate Professor of Law & Sociology at Yale Law School. In her talk, presented as part of Loganberry’s Black Future Month, Dr. Bell discusses her research into the noncriminal functions of policing.
