This week I talk with Camila Franco! Camila is the owner and founder at UKI Bowlz in Greenville, SC. UKI Bowlz is her passion project she has been thinking about for years. In our conversation we discuss her sotry and the story behind UKI Bowlz!

UKI Bowlz will offer Colombian coffee, Brazilian açaí and a few other menu items. Camila is originally from Medellín, Colombia, one of the top-producing coffee nations in the world. The shop’s mural symbolizes the shop’s connection to South America. The coordinates are to Franco’s grandmother’s house! The bowls will have four bases for customers to choose from: Brazilian açaí, mango, coconut or pitaya. Granola will be gluten-free and made in-house, as will be syrups for lattes. UKI Bowlz is expected to open later this Spring!
