We all have goals, and sometimes they seem just a little bit out of reach.

The Challenge:
For the next 7 days, find ONE thing (or two if you’re up for it) that you can add to your day to make it better. That may be exercise, reading, journaling, anything really! Just make it something you aren’t already doing, and something that would make future-you proud.
