The adventures of a veteran background singer who becomes homeless after losing her house in Hurricane Sandy. She finds herself living in a commune at a reconverted 15th Century water mill in rural France -- a place so remote that her only neighbors are black-and-white milking cows, hives of wild honeybees, gigantic spiders, and an assorted cast of interesting humans.
