Daniel and I dive into what Vulnerability may look like in relationships with a spouse, significant other, friends and even co-workers. Vulnerability is not easy to carry out, but it can get easier when we practice it. When we realize how much Vulnerability can increase relational satisfaction, understanding and health, we realize the need to incorporate it in all we do.
