I don't know about you, but sometimes when things get hard, I avoid dealing with them instead of confronting them head on. In today's episode, I talk about the why behind my actions (or lack there of) and also give three recent examples of when confronting things turned out better than expected. 
Confrontation doesn't have to be scary, and in fact, often leads to clarity, trust, closeness and new opportunities.
