Our Age Appropriate (AA) series continues with another perspective from Aubrey Weedman. She is very passionate about mentoring and wants us to know that the children are watching. They hear what you say and are also watching your body language to learn what is really being communicated. She specifically spoke about her passion to assist and connect with middle school aged children. This age group really wants to be heard and not have their feelings minimized.
