Hello there! It has been way too long and I am not proud of that. I still don't understand why it is easier for me to make a video than record a podcast episode. In this episode I talk about why I changed the name of this podcast from "Nautical Twist" to "M Noting Life". Simply put: the original name was somehow even less descriptive than the new one (lol). I have a topic (dating and relationships) I want to touch here across the next week. But I want to bring a guest on for that conversation, just so it's a bit more interactive.
