Its been a long time coming but recent events of people unfortunately passing from suicide have higlighted the need for something like this to be heard I believe Mental Health is hitting people hard no matter who you are or your circumstances you have or will face something or someone who deals with it I think its important to hear a different perspective or both sides of the coin of suicide/mental health and to understand it doesnt avoid athletes, actors, singers & high profile people Have a listen & learn from this please
