Charlotte has been involved in capital markets and technology throughout her career - as CEO, Board Advisor and Non-Executive Director - in addition to management positions at Nasdaq and London Stock Exchange. She has recently stepped down as the CEO of Innovate Finance, the fintech industry body, where she worked closely with fintech entrepreneurs, government and regulators, and helped to deliver the Kalifa Review. Charlotte was awarded an OBE in the Queen’s 2021 Birthday Honours list and has been included in the Top 100 Women in Finance over many years.
Here, Charlotte shares insights on how we can leverage new technologies to power the next generation of financial services and how traditional institutions no longer see fintech as its competition, but a necessity to incorporate into their business models.
