Welcome to the Making Sense of a Healthy Life Podcast where you’ll find answers to all your questions about living a healthy lifestyle, raising a healthy family, taking care of yourself, achieving your health & fitness goals, and creating a healthy, happy and fulfilling life. Because health and fitness should support your dream life, not rule it.

I’m your host, Jess Roe, a Health & Fitness Coach and Mom of 2, successfully making sense of a healthy life while living with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and the other health issues that go along with. I know what it’s like to try to create a healthy life in the face of health issues, becoming a wife, parent and entrepreneur while managing everything life throws my way. But I’m here to tell you that you CAN do it too.

That’s why I’m bringing you simple, actionable answers to all your questions so you can start making sense of a healthy life today. I’m empowering families and friends like you to ditch the guilt, the confusion, and the belief that healthy living has to be boring, uncomfortable, or downright tortuous and start taking simple but powerful steps to take back your energy, build your confidence, and supercharge your health and fitness while finally living the vibrant, active life of your dreams - even if you don’t know what that looks like yet!
