1:41
and who you serve .
1:43
Yes , thank you . First of all , thank you for having me , and
1:46
I'm Jenna Paolo . I'm a business operations
1:48
consultant as well as a verify
1:50
click-up consultant , and essentially
1:53
what I do is I help my clients
1:55
maximize the way that they
1:57
utilize a project management tool called
1:59
ClickUp . I help them build out
2:01
the tool . I consult on the tool , but essentially
2:04
what I do is I want my
2:06
clients to marry their processes with
2:08
the tool so they can utilize ClickUp as
2:10
their centralized business hub and
2:12
have one place to go to manage their projects
2:15
, their people , their processes , all
2:17
of the things And mainly , who
2:19
I serve , i would say . I mean , it's
2:22
kind of varied . I work with a lot of different industries
2:24
, but I do work with a lot of coaches
2:26
. I work with a lot of digital
2:28
marketing agencies , hr consultancies
2:32
, people who are more
2:34
service based typically is
2:36
who I mostly serve , but my goal
2:38
really , no matter who you are , is to really
2:40
help you utilize ClickUp to maximize
2:43
the way that your business runs and
2:45
develop processes that just make sense
2:48
for you . Awesome .
2:49
Awesome . I can't wait to hear what
2:51
this episode is going to be about
2:53
, because , even though I've
2:55
been following you for a while , i purchased
2:57
one of your courses about I
3:00
want to say it was about a year ago and
3:02
it just really changed
3:04
everything in the back office
3:06
of my business , and not only
3:08
for my coaching business , but also
3:10
I own a commercial cleaning business . For some
3:13
of the people in my audience that knows that I'm a multi-passionate
3:16
entrepreneur But the importance
3:18
of utilizing this system in both
3:21
ends of my business , it was just truly eye
3:23
opening . So I'm super excited
3:25
to have you here Now . Jenna . Tell
3:27
us what inspired you to start your
3:30
business .
3:31
Yeah , so I actually come from a
3:33
background in educational operations
3:36
and I was managing large schools
3:39
, large teams , doing trainings
3:41
, doing all of those things . And when
3:43
I kind of made the shift into
3:45
the online space and one of my
3:47
main reasons for really
3:49
creating , making the shift is because
3:52
I was kind of overwork in the nine to
3:54
five , right Like I wanted to do my own thing
3:56
. I wanted more flexibility in my
3:58
schedule , i wanted to just
4:00
have more time to do the things that I loved
4:03
. And so , taking my experience
4:05
in educational operations and
4:07
kind of shifting that and utilizing
4:10
that background , that knowledge in the online
4:12
space , I was able to create a business
4:14
that I love .
4:17
Awesome . Do you think that there
4:19
was a big challenge when you shifted
4:21
from doing schools versus moving
4:23
into the online space ?
4:25
Yeah , i mean , there's
4:27
always going to be a challenge when you're moving
4:29
from something that you've been so used
4:31
to doing , right ? I was doing that for over 12
4:34
years And now I'm kind of shifting
4:36
into this new world
4:38
, right , that I'm not super familiar with
4:41
, not super comfortable with yet . So , yeah
4:43
, there are absolutely hurdles that I had
4:45
to kind of step over , and
4:47
I would say some of the big things that
4:49
stood out was that
4:51
I really had to . I was now
4:53
managing myself , right
4:56
, instead of being
4:58
confined to these hours of work and like
5:01
what I was supposed to be doing . And
5:03
so , being someone who
5:05
was really used to structure
5:07
and having this structure kind of created for
5:10
me , i then had to create that structure
5:12
for myself , right , and really start to
5:14
build a business . That
5:16
one took into consideration
5:18
what I wanted my life
5:20
to look like , right , and
5:22
two , how I could serve my clients in
5:25
the most effective way . And so , yeah
5:27
, there were challenges that definitely came
5:29
with that , especially in the beginning stages
5:31
, right , and
5:34
I would say even with every stage of business , there's
5:36
new challenges and new hurdles , right , but
5:38
I would say just getting started in the beginning was
5:40
one of the bigger hurdles .
5:42
Yeah , absolutely , and I'm so glad that you
5:44
bring that up , because one of the struggles
5:46
that I experienced when I left corporate in
5:48
2019 was that
5:50
I kind of lost the structure of
5:52
what my day looked like And
5:55
in that moment I was the most organized
5:57
person when I was in corporate and balancing all
5:59
the things . But leaving
6:01
that part of me , i kind
6:03
of lost myself in that and trying
6:05
to figure out . I was working all kinds of hours . I
6:08
didn't have a real structure of a client called me
6:10
on a Sunday . I picked up So
6:12
, even if it was taken away from family time . so I
6:14
didn't really have those boundaries set And
6:16
I can see how , for some that are moving
6:19
into something new , it just kind
6:21
of knocks you off your feet just trying to figure out what that
6:23
new process is going to look like .
6:26
Yeah , yeah , absolutely . Because you come
6:28
from having so much structure to
6:30
no structure at all And you have to kind
6:33
of build what you want that structure to look
6:35
like because you don't want it to mirror that 9 to 5
6:37
, right That you left . You want it to
6:39
be a structure that makes sense for
6:41
you and the life you want to live .
6:43
Yeah , for sure , For sure . So what
6:45
would you say was the pivotal moment
6:47
for you when you realized I
6:49
want to incorporate a system
6:51
and be specialized in
6:53
this system ? What was that
6:55
aha moment for you ?
6:58
Yeah , absolutely So . When I started my business , i
7:00
didn't go straight into ClickUp
7:02
. Right , i didn't even know what ClickUp was when I first
7:04
started . When I first started my business
7:06
, i was working more on the back ends
7:08
of my business , more as like an operations
7:10
manager . Right , managing the back end
7:12
pieces And quickly realizing
7:15
that these clients needed
7:17
a system in order to sustain the business
7:19
. Right , because you know , we've got Google
7:21
Docs here at Google Sheets , we've got notes in
7:23
this thing and that thing , and you know it's kind of
7:25
spread out all over the place . And so
7:27
, quickly realizing that we needed
7:29
some structure in the business , i went
7:31
and did some research , right , so there's a
7:34
slew of project
7:36
management tools you can use . I dabbled in Trello
7:38
, i dabbled in Asana , i dabbled in
7:40
Monday and Basecamp , i dabbled in
7:43
all of these other systems , and
7:45
some of them would work for a while And then I quickly
7:48
realized it has some things
7:50
I like , but I need to do more . Right
7:52
, I need more flexibility , i need more functionality
7:54
here . And so finally I found
7:56
ClickUp . And once
7:59
I did , i literally never turned
8:01
back . It was like this is the tool
8:03
. And once I
8:05
found the tool , i of course started implementing
8:07
it for my clients , building out
8:10
their workspaces and things like that , and
8:12
really learned to just love
8:14
the system and loved how
8:16
I could incorporate my operational
8:19
background into developing systems
8:21
like this . And so it quickly evolved
8:23
from doing some
8:25
buildouts for clients but also offering other
8:27
services to strictly
8:30
offering ClickUp as a service
8:32
right In the form of consulting , in
8:34
the form of doing these very large
8:36
buildouts and now doing things
8:38
like coaching other ClickUp professionals
8:41
right , and so it kind of evolved
8:43
. But that was the pivotal point
8:45
of utilizing these other systems , not
8:48
really liking them , needing to find a better solution and
8:50
then finally finding that solution and ClickUp
8:53
.
8:53
Yeah , I completely agree . I will
8:55
tell you , I dabbled with Trello also . I
8:58
played with Asana for a hot minute , but
9:00
Trello was my main one
9:02
. And I think at one
9:04
point I was working with someone , a freelancer
9:06
, that used ClickUp , so I kind of like
9:09
moved over to that platform
9:11
temporarily until I fully transitioned
9:14
, and I think when I fully transitioned it was
9:16
just a hot mess . So one
9:18
of the things that led me to you was
9:20
looking for experts in ClickUp , not
9:23
necessarily to understand
9:25
usage of the platform , because
9:27
I could learn that on their ClickUp University
9:29
, right . But I think it was more
9:31
so about the use case for our
9:33
business , because I knew how to use it . For my coaching
9:36
business It was okay . I was using it already
9:38
with certain things , but when it came
9:40
to our brick and mortar business
9:42
we have a field service business We wanted
9:44
it to talk to other systems . You
9:46
know we use HubSpot . Hubspot now has
9:48
an integration with ClickUp . We use Bamboo
9:51
HR to manage our workforce and that has
9:53
an integration with Inside of ClickUp . We needed
9:55
something that can really
9:58
help us , kind of like set
10:00
up that back office infrastructure , and
10:02
that's when I found you . So
10:05
I'm sure that you
10:07
hear a lot from clients that
10:10
they're stressed out
10:12
the user-friendliness of ClickUp
10:15
. It's not easy to learn and all these things
10:17
, because that was one of the things that I was telling myself
10:19
until I found you . So
10:22
what would you say is
10:24
the biggest hurdle that you've
10:26
helped your clients overcome to
10:29
be able to manage this platform ?
10:31
Yeah , definitely . So . I mean , many
10:33
clients like yourself find
10:35
that when they find the
10:37
tool right , when they find ClickUp , they love
10:40
the idea as the possibilities right
10:42
, of what the tool can do and how the tool
10:44
will perform . And so once
10:47
they get started inside of the tool and
10:49
start actually messing around with it , it kind of becomes
10:51
a different story because there is
10:53
so much robust functionality of
10:56
the tool right , there are so many features
10:58
that we can turn on and turn off and there is automation
11:00
and there is dashboards and there is templates
11:02
and there is all of these things right , which can
11:04
start to become very , very overwhelming
11:07
. And so when I work with my
11:10
clients , what is really important
11:12
is that we kind of just set the foundation
11:14
. We really have to understand
11:16
the business before we can marry
11:19
it with the tool . And I kind of talk about
11:21
that a lot , where we are marrying your business
11:23
processes with the functionalities
11:25
of the tool , right , because we don't
11:27
want to change your business , we don't want to change the way that
11:29
you function if it's working well , right , we
11:31
want to marry those processes with the tool
11:33
. And so in working
11:35
with my clients , that's a really big thing
11:37
is first understanding how the business
11:39
functions , what your processes look like
11:42
when it comes to client experience , what
11:44
the processes look like when it comes
11:46
to marketing your services . you know what I mean . So
11:48
just really diving into what the processes look like and
11:51
then developing structural
11:53
higher key inside of the system . And
11:56
if you know about ClickUp or have heard people talk
11:58
about ClickUp , we talk about the hierarchy
12:00
a lot inside of the tool And
12:02
that basically just means how you organize yourself
12:04
right , your spaces , your folders
12:07
, your lists , and so really teaching the
12:09
fundamentals to my clients
12:12
is a really big piece of them then
12:14
understanding the
12:16
broader aspects of the tool and
12:18
how to apply those things to the business
12:20
. So it's the processes and then it's
12:22
really understanding just the foundational things
12:24
of the tool .
12:27
I love that . So would you say
12:29
that the traditional
12:32
business owner , whether it's an online space
12:34
or brick and mortar , doesn't matter ? Would
12:36
you say that every business
12:38
should have a
12:40
project management tool ? It doesn't have to
12:42
be ClickUp right , But they should have a project
12:44
management tool .
12:46
A thousand percent , yes , they need
12:48
something to really keep all
12:50
of the pieces of the business in one place
12:52
, right , because things
12:54
get lost . You forget things . You
12:56
have team members who you want to communicate with
12:58
and you're sending messages in Slack or
13:00
you're sending it via email . The communication
13:03
can get lost very easily , especially when you're
13:05
working with multiple people inside of a business
13:07
. But even if you're a solopreneur , you
13:10
need ways of keeping track of your projects . You don't
13:12
want client tasks to fall through the cracks , right
13:14
? You don't want to lose leads . You don't want
13:16
to not manage
13:19
your email campaigns in the right way , right
13:21
, whatever that looks like for you . So , absolutely
13:24
, no matter what the tool is , you need a tool
13:26
.
13:26
Awesome . So
13:29
I'm going to ask you a couple of questions
13:32
. I just need you to tell me if it can be
13:34
done in ClickUp . Okay SOPs
13:37
.
13:38
Oh hell , yeah , Absolutely Right
13:40
. Yes , so you need to create
13:42
a SOP database inside of your workspace
13:45
so that you don't have to go looking
13:47
for the document somewhere
13:49
else , so that you have an actual
13:51
documented process that you can connect to
13:53
a task , right ? So if you , let's
13:55
say , you bring in a social media manager
13:58
to help you manage your Instagram posts , they
14:00
know exactly how to do it from start to finish , with
14:02
this SOP that is connected to their tasks
14:04
or inside of a database in some way inside
14:07
of the tool about
14:09
.
14:09
You already hit it , but marketing .
14:13
Yes , absolutely . You wanna manage
14:15
the creation process there right , from taking
14:18
that idea , that post idea from
14:20
start to finish or a real from start
14:22
to finish right , and so being
14:24
able to manage those things , your marketing through
14:26
workflows , tracking , dates
14:28
, tracking , assignees , tracking , kind of where it's on
14:31
the process . It absolutely can do that . Goal
14:34
setting Yes , there's
14:36
actually a goal setting feature inside of ClickUp
14:39
And so you're able to manage your goals in there
14:41
utilizing that feature . But then there's also
14:43
other creative ways that you can utilize
14:45
the tool to manage your
14:47
goals , your KPIs , all of that sort of stuff .
14:50
Awesome , awesome . I mean the
14:52
list can keep going right . But when you think about
14:54
, even when I think about the
14:56
way I use my ClickUp on one
14:59
business and the other , i mean there's my
15:01
marketing , there's my headquarters , information
15:03
of how I manage my business , there's my speaking
15:05
engagement , there's my podcast . I was
15:07
so proud of myself when
15:10
I reached out to the Jenna Paolo
15:12
to let me know hey , do you want to be on my podcast
15:14
so you could test my workflow while you're at it , and
15:16
it was so cool to be able to kind of see
15:18
the things .
15:21
So that was all .
15:21
by the way , I learned all of that through
15:24
Jenna , So I thought that was awesome
15:26
. How about personal ?
15:27
things ? Yeah , you definitely
15:29
can , and so I know a lot of people
15:31
that I've worked with . They have a personal
15:33
space inside of their bigger
15:35
ClickUp workspace right , just to help
15:38
them manage those day-to-day things
15:40
groceries , or to
15:42
do things for the kids . Whatever
15:44
that looks like in your personal life . You can absolutely
15:46
manage those things . They actually just created
15:48
something really robust for myself and my
15:50
husband . I'm like you're going to utilize ClickUp
15:53
. We're going to manage all of the household things inside
15:56
of ClickUp , and it's been great .
15:58
That's awesome . that's awesome . I did see a
16:00
couple of weeks ago , you posted something on
16:02
your stories I think it was an Instagram
16:05
on how you guys delegate some
16:07
of your household tasks , so I thought that was
16:09
really neat . Haven't been able to get Alex there
16:11
yet . Maybe one day , but
16:14
I haven't been able to get him there yet . So
16:16
, jenna , tell me now , on the other
16:18
side of systems and operations and all
16:20
these things aside from your
16:23
brain which I'm thinking is similar
16:25
to mine , where I'm always thinking systems , processes
16:28
, goals . I need to plan , i need to know things in advance
16:30
, how do you keep
16:32
yourself motivated
16:34
when things don't go your way ?
16:37
How do I keep myself motivated ? That's
16:40
a really great question . I think that
16:43
a lot of it kind of comes from
16:45
knowing that it's worked before
16:47
right , because I've
16:50
gone through waves each business goes through
16:52
waves right , where some months are really
16:55
great and then you kind of fall off a little
16:57
bit and go back up right . So keeping
16:59
yourself motivated is really important And
17:01
I think the best way that I do that , just
17:03
personally , is knowing that I have
17:05
proven strategies that
17:07
have worked and that I
17:09
can always go back to those strategies right
17:11
, because if I'm trying something new and
17:14
maybe I'm offering a new service , whatever
17:16
it may be , maybe I'm trying a
17:18
new way of marketing myself utilizing
17:20
LinkedIn , let's say , which I don't do , right
17:23
, maybe I wanted to go and try that . I
17:25
know that , although I can venture off and
17:27
try these new things , that I
17:29
have kind of a home base of what I know
17:31
works well for myself and for my business
17:33
, and so just giving myself
17:35
the flexibility to try new
17:38
things but also
17:40
continue to utilize those proven
17:42
strategies if I need to .
17:44
Love that , love that . Can you speak
17:47
to the importance of being
17:50
able to kind of disconnect yourself from
17:52
the day to day to be able
17:54
to just maximize your energy
17:57
?
17:58
Yes , yes , for sure , because I've been on
18:00
both sides , right , i've been on the side where
18:02
business consumed me and
18:05
I Want , first
18:08
of all , i love doing what I do , so I always wanted
18:10
to be doing it right and I wanted to
18:12
be , you know , utilizing new things and trying
18:14
new things and all of this stuff . And so at
18:16
one point in my business I was basically
18:19
consumed with that and I would work really late hours
18:22
and you know I would stay up all
18:24
hours at the night , wake up early to record
18:26
and like do all of these things right and
18:29
That's a quick way to burn out right
18:31
, that is a quick , very quick and easy way
18:33
to burn out . And so once I realized
18:35
like I need to like take a step back right
18:38
, like let's take a step back , let's prioritize
18:40
. How can I better serve
18:42
my clients ? How can I better serve myself
18:45
without having to Like
18:48
kill myself by working all of these hours and
18:50
trying to do all of the things right
18:52
? and so one of the
18:55
ways of doing that was really
18:57
kind of looking at My
18:59
ideal day and my ideal schedule
19:01
and what I wanted that to look like . Right , because
19:03
I want to have time To spend with my son
19:06
. I want to have time to spend with my husband
19:08
and do fun things and , again
19:10
, i didn't leave a nine to five
19:13
to work those types of hours . I wanted
19:15
flexibility in my day right
19:17
, where if I wanted to go to the park at nine
19:19
in the morning , i could go to park at nine in the morning
19:21
, right . And so really the
19:23
first step for me was kind of looking at my schedule
19:26
on my ideal day , like what did I want that
19:28
to look like ? how many calls did I want to take
19:30
every day ? where there days I didn't want to take
19:32
calls , right ? So kind of looking
19:34
at that and then kind of puzzle , piecing it
19:36
together , right , and really creating
19:39
the ideal day , the ideal week , the ideal
19:41
month . What does that look like and what do I need
19:43
to do ? What action do I need
19:45
to take in order to hit my goals
19:47
right ? what are the actual things
19:49
that That are gonna make me
19:51
money that I need to prioritize over
19:53
things that might not bring
19:56
in any money right Or serve my clients
19:58
in any way ? so that
20:00
was kind of how I approached it .
20:03
Awesome , awesome and and you are
20:05
. You seem to be somewhat
20:07
of a nature girl , right , so
20:09
so you like the outdoors , so
20:11
is there something specifically
20:13
that you love to do when you're , when people
20:16
can't find you , behind a click of dashboard
20:18
?
20:19
Yeah , for sure . We're always out camping and
20:22
in the wilderness like not . We're not really
20:24
like Campground kind
20:26
of people or people that take our off-roading
20:29
Jeep and off-road into the mountains
20:31
and Literally have no service
20:33
. So that's what . That's where you'd find me .
20:36
Yeah , that's kind of terrifying .
20:37
You won't find me there but that's awesome , awesome
20:41
, i love that .
20:42
So now I want to spotlight a little
20:44
bit about you and how you
20:46
can support Your clients . So
20:49
for the woman that's just starting
20:51
out and obviously there's some guys out there
20:53
So if there's a guy listening to the podcast
20:55
, kudos to you . But but
20:57
say there's someone out there that's starting
20:59
a business and They
21:01
don't you know project management
21:03
or this type of platform . It
21:05
didn't even cross their mind . Is
21:08
this something that you can recommend from
21:10
the startup ?
21:13
What I would first recommend if you're starting to look
21:15
for a project management tool for
21:18
you that works specifically for you . You
21:23
want to be able to go into the tool and utilize
21:25
it just functionally
21:28
, just very basic . Be able to
21:30
create a task , set a due
21:32
date , assign it to yourself . You
21:34
want to be able to do those easy , functional
21:36
things . When
21:38
you're thinking about utilizing
21:41
any kind of tool , the
21:43
easier and most simple it is the better , because
21:45
you're more likely to use it . If
21:48
you start to dabble and click up
21:51
and find that click up
21:53
has the simple functionalities
21:55
that you can follow and you're comfortable with that
21:57
, click up is going to be the one that's going to grow with
21:59
your business . You want something
22:01
that's going to grow . If you go into Trello
22:04
but you plan on being a million
22:06
dollar company in 10 years , that's
22:08
not the tool for you . Really
22:11
thinking about long-term when you're thinking
22:13
about a project management system , but
22:16
being able to just utilize
22:18
it in its most foundational
22:20
way so that you get comfortable . You
22:23
don't want to dive in and
22:25
start trying to utilize all
22:27
of these more advanced features . You want you to
22:29
ease in slowly .
22:33
I love that . Personally , i wish I would
22:35
have started from day one , but
22:38
also knowing where I was
22:40
mindset-wise from day one probably
22:42
would not have been the right time . I
22:44
love that you're sharing that , jenna
22:46
. how do you help businesses identify
22:49
areas of inefficiency
22:51
rather and areas of opportunity in
22:54
their operations ?
22:56
Yeah , typically what that looks like
22:58
is we hop onto a call
23:00
and I really dive into your
23:03
business , whether you're already utilizing
23:05
a project management tool or not . I
23:07
want to see the inside of your business and I want
23:09
to pick your brain . I want to pull things out
23:12
of your brain that maybe you didn't even think were
23:14
important or didn't even know you had a process
23:16
for . This
23:20
is really high-level auditing and consulting
23:23
for creating a plan , because
23:26
I need to first understand how your business
23:28
works , what your business is , in
23:30
order to give you suggestions on how to build
23:32
out a tool that's going to support you . That's
23:35
always the best . First step is really
23:37
doing an audit type consultation
23:40
. We can understand the business
23:42
and then give you the action
23:44
items on how you can start to
23:46
apply a tool like ClickUp .
23:49
Awesome . How can someone
23:51
work with you ? What are your current offerings
23:54
?
23:55
Yeah , i have a handful of offerings . One
23:57
is a consulting hour . You
23:59
can purchase consulting hours
24:01
just one off , or in bulk Again
24:04
. This is where I would come into your system
24:06
, audit your system , do that kind
24:08
of stuff . But if you've already been utilizing
24:10
ClickUp , let's say , and you're wanting to continue
24:13
to improve it , you utilize a
24:15
session for that type of thing as well
24:17
. Then I also do larger buildouts . Let's
24:21
say that you're the person who knows you
24:23
need a project management tool , but just
24:25
either don't have the time or don't have
24:28
the capacity or the knowledge to
24:30
build it out yourself and you want an expert
24:32
doing that for you . That's
24:34
always an option as well . This is more like a partnership
24:36
. We're really partnering together to create
24:39
a system that works for you . It's very customized
24:41
. Then , if you are a ClickUp professional
24:44
, i also offer coaching and
24:46
mentorship programs for those types
24:48
of entrepreneurs as well . Then
24:51
I have a course , which you are a part
24:53
of , level up with ClickUp , which teaches
24:55
you how to build it from
24:57
start to finish .
24:59
I love this course . I mean it was so good
25:02
and you can tell that you have a background in education
25:04
Because it
25:06
was so good that I don't think there's
25:08
any reason why anybody would take this
25:10
course and say I just didn't get it , i just
25:12
didn't know how to use it . Because you're so
25:14
patient and you're so thorough in
25:16
your explanations and even
25:18
in the visuals , and being able to build it
25:21
exactly the way you have it , it was
25:23
just an incredible process . I really loved it
25:25
. I still refer to it .
25:26
I love hearing that Great
25:28
. I love that With ClickUp
25:31
3.0 coming out , there will be some
25:33
updates to level up eventually
25:35
. I just got access to 3.0 , which is very
25:37
exciting . I love that .
25:40
You know that's funny . It didn't even cross my mind
25:42
, but , yes , i love that . That's so exciting , awesome
25:45
. Yeah , they did a massive update
25:48
and I'm hearing great things about it , so definitely
25:51
for those that are listening and that are looking
25:53
for a platform that can grow with them . Zero
25:55
regrets We will never leave ClickUp
25:57
. I mean ClickUp better . Never
25:59
leave us either , right .
26:01
Yeah , I don't think they plan to .
26:03
That's a great platform And it's
26:05
just really helped us in scaling our business
26:07
, growing our business and just keeping things organized
26:09
. I think the most important thing has been team communication
26:11
, too to be able to communicate
26:14
with our team and see where certain tasks are
26:16
and what's pending and whatnot . So that's been really
26:18
great . So , jenna , how
26:20
can people find you .
26:22
Yeah , so if you are interested
26:24
in learning more about ClickUp , you
26:27
can join me inside of my Facebook group
26:29
. It's called ClickUp for Entrepreneurs And
26:31
I offer tons and tons of tips
26:33
and tricks inside of that group , as well as
26:35
free trainings and inside looks
26:37
and all of that fun stuff inside of the group
26:40
. So I'll pass that Facebook
26:42
group link along to you And then also
26:45
you can find me on Instagram at
26:47
the Jenna Apollo .
26:49

26:51

26:53
will be listed on the show notes , So feel free
26:56
to check them out there and feel free to connect
26:58
with her directly Now . Jenna , as
27:00
we wrap up our episode here
27:02
today , tell me how
27:05
do you maximize your day ?
27:08
Yeah , love that . So I maximize
27:11
my day by doing a few
27:13
things . First , i utilize
27:15
ClickUp to prioritize my tasks , and
27:18
the second thing I do is I
27:21
ensure that my day is structured the way that
27:23
it's going to be most productive for
27:25
me . So I would say
27:27
that I'm not super , super productive
27:30
early in the morning I'm more of a night person
27:32
or later in the afternoon . So
27:34
all of my priorities and tasks
27:36
that might be more
27:39
difficult or more challenging , i
27:41
utilize the time where I'm most focused
27:43
to accomplish those things . So the morning's
27:46
not for me , but later in the day is , and
27:48
so that's kind of how I prioritize
27:50
and maximize my day .
27:52
Awesome , awesome . I love that . Well
