Today I share a free 15 minute guided meditation for stress relief. This episode is all about relaxing and softening to counteract the stress we face on a day-to-day basis.
The theme of softening and relaxing is applied to the breath, the body, and the mind with a mantra in this 15 minute class.
In an effort to create balance, this meditation focuses on removing tension in the mind, the breath, the chest, the shoulders, and the jaw especially, as we tend to curl and clench or become stagnant in these places when stressed or anxious.
This class is beginner friendly, and can be done any time to relax and de-stress.
