This was the only story Scott Fitzgerald wrote in 1938. It was published in January while Scott was in Hollywood trying to write screen plays without much spare time for producing fiction. It ran in Esquire Magazine. It's a whimsical tale, although disguised, that deals with Fitzgerald being perpetually in debt to his editor, Maxwell Perkins and his agent Harold Ober. Fun to read.
