As I look back and reflect on my 2021 goals like many of us are right now, I fell short of many of my goals. One of my goals for the Mentor Me Podcast was to record and publish 40 podcasts in 2021. I only did 20. And I started to ask myself why I only did half the amount of podcasts I wanted and the answer I kept coming to was that I only put in enough action to get to 20 podcasts. I only put enough work in to do 20 podcasts. Now, I thought about doing podcasts or ideas about the podcast all the time, but a lot of those times thats where it stopped. It stopped at the idea and never made it to the action step.
