This audio file from KKCR's Talk Story archive is a timely remembrance as conditions in 2020 apper to be supporting immediate restoration of the Hawaiian Kingdom with increasing certainty. I'll write more about every honest American's duty to God and Country to petition our government for the redress of the grievance of the 127 year Illegal Occupation of Hawaiʻi nei, but for now, this is a good start.
As painful as a 127 year effort has been, it was Queen Liliʻuokalani's fervent pray that reversal of this grotesque, malignant narcissistic injustice be 100% peaceful, so as to persist into perpetuity, rather than cost a single Hawaiian or American life through the immediate ultimatum of veangence-driven violence. I hope you'll find time to listen this interview with one of contemporary Hawaiʻi's most compassionate and articulate late voices. What a heart. What a mind. What a song. What a movement. What a story will be the restoration of a stolen nation; for both the criminals and the victims healing. A domino effect for a global #LandBack movement to restore the equal dignity and status of all sentient beings.
