Leopold's Ice Cream just wrapped their 11th annual "Creative Writing Challenge" to inspire young people across our area to focus on family, hear from Stratten Leopold about the importance of supporting youth, creative writing and the partnership with Live Oak libraries. The leukemia and lymphoma society has kicked off their annual man and woman of the year campaign fundraising, men and women from our area are tasked with raising dollars and awareness. Hear from candidate Jennifer Hagan on who she is advocating and raising dollars for and how you can support her and the rest of the candidates. Meet 10 year old author and SCCPSS student Delaney Myers and her kid's book "Delaney's Adventures with Friends". Lastly, Savannah Chatham CASA is in the middle of their "Dancing with the Savannah Stars" fundraising and upcoming event night on April 9th at Victory North. Hear from one of the contestants Ambira Berksteiner on how you can support her and the other contestants in their mission to raise dollars for children living in foster care.
