“Days in Gloucestershire” is a track worked by Jackson, Brad Buxer and Michael Prince. They started working on it in 2004, in the bungalows of Neverland (he was staying in bungalows with his children after 2003 police raid of Neverland, in relation to allegations of child molestation, police raiding his bedroom and private office).
The source of inspiration for this track is a visit to Gloucestershire from his childhood, together with The Jackson 5, during a tour, Jackson recalling it as his one of the fondest memories.
This track is unfinished, as he planned to finish it for his ill-fated comeback album. This track appears on a list of tracks Jackson wanted to work on during “This Is It” tour.
