We will explore what makes a great a leader today. Good news for you. None of those traits are genetic where you had it passed down from your parents to you. You do not have to come with an MBA degree. Everything I will share with you today, you can be good at it. You will be even great at it with practice. But first, it all starts with you being aware of those skills.

First start with foundations. You need to be have a great ability to learn. What does that mean?

You need to know how to listen. You need to know how to read. You need to how to speak. You need to have the right mindset.

Without those skills, you do not have foundation. You would not build a house without foundation, would you? So why would that be any different when it comes to building your leadership skills. You have to have those skills dialed. You need to practice them every day. So they become habits. They become habits so it comes natural to you just like eating, sleeping and what else you do. Make those skills habit.

I have seperate videos on each of those skills. Watch them closely.

Only once you are good with those skills. Start with the next set of skills.

The skills of successful leaders can be summarized in 11 traits:
