Cynthia Anderson, also known as Cindy, is a missing adult from Toledo, Ohio. She was last seen on August 4, 1981. Cindy is a white female that is approximately 5’4” tall and 115 lbs. with brown hair and brown eyes. She was 20 years old at the time of her disappearance and would be 59 years old today. Cindy was wearing a white V-neck dress with pink pinstripes, cinnamon brown Legg’s pantyhose., and beige open-toed sandals with an ankle strap. Cindy has a chicken pox scar on her forehead and a 1 ½ inch scar on her right knee in the shape of a fishhook.
