Mental Health of Adults have a great bearing on the family life of that person and his family. Relationships can break or become irretrievable if not taken care of well in time. A mentally sick person needs to be treated like any illness and needs to be properly treated in the best interest of that person.  However, I personally think that a person can become well without any medication  if he decides to think and identify his future goals, what needs to be done to restart and what support he needs. Once he understands that he is responsible for the well being of all those connected to him, he will act, behave, evolve and amend his lifestyle accordingly. He needs to be loved and hand held during such time. Specially under the Covid Pandemic stress at work and job losses or financial constraints have caused  huge build up of stress. A person needs to take care of himself immediately.  My 50th and last podcast of the year and of my Season 1 focusses on it.
