Their mission states; "The Alma Domestic Violence Foundation strives to educate, empower and celebrate survivors of domestic violence while helping them to achieve financial stability, self-sufficiency, and an understanding that they are never alone on their journeys."

They provide many resources such as advocacy, counseling, legal assistance, and safety planning to victims as a foundation for rebuilding their new lives. They also have direct services and training to provide pre-employment and workforce skills that assist them in job placements with trusted corporate partners.
