Megan and Charles will have hard conversations about those everyday personal struggles they have encountered as a couple with complex trauma histories. They will also interview others who have put intentional space into identifying and working to heal their trauma wounds and how they did so. They will also share meditations as bonus content for you to use if you find that resonates with you. Megan is the founder of Intentional Healing Counseling & Coaching and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, LICSW and an EMDR trained trauma clinician. Megan holds certifications as a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist for both Individuals and for Prenatal Trauma (CCTS-I, CCTS-P). Megan is also certified as an Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist, CAGCS. She is a Perinatal Specialist in the process of working on Perinatal Mental Health Certification through Postpartum Support International. Charles is a Certified Trauma & Resilience Life Coach through the Arizona Trauma Institute.
