When you are a mom you receive so much advice and most of the time it is helpful but there are times that it is harmful or unsolicited and it can be hard to navigate between the two. And unfortunately sometimes mom shaming can happen when you choose certain decisions for your children and family. This episode is all about different ways advice has been helpful or harmful to me and some of my experiences with mom shaming.
