How the heck are we supposed to know and do all things mom life while also prioritizing our own health and self care?! That's why I created this podcast; to support Moms in the wild ride that is motherhood, to help them feel empowered, to encourage them to take that few minutes of "me" time and to prioritize their own health in order to be the best Mama they can be.
