Hi there! It’s me, Anna and I’m your friend. And that’s why we are going to get real in this episode and be honest about the fact that sometimes, we are just not honest with ourselves.

Here’s the thing, we have an inner dialogue that is constantly playing in our minds. You know it, that little voice in your head. Sometimes, that voice might not be telling you the truth. Especially when it starts telling you the things you can’t do.

Our thoughts can oftentimes become the stories we tell ourselves. Stories that may not be true about who we are or what we are capable of.  We create these stories for different reasons and sometimes these stories just mask the lies we are believing about ourselves and our potential. These lies become the excuses we begin to live by which is why we might be struggling to have the life we say we really want.
