And I’m back again with another podcast. This time I am interviewing my dear friend Ashleigh who has been attending Green School for more than 4 years. Today we are going to talk about moderation of food and what she thinks is a healthy diet. She eats everything and has no restrictions, so how does she think certain foods, such as sugar and carbs, impact her body? I’m excited to see what she thinks about her own diet, but also what she thinks about mine, as I’m a vegan environmentalist and she consumes everything. Thank you so much for being here with me today! Ashleigh is all about body positivity and thinks a healthy diet is by eating everything in moderation. I definitely learned something from this podcast and it gave me a new perspective on diet. It all comes down to what works best for you and what your body needs. As she isn't’ too focused on diet it is great to see that that can also keep you healthy and happy. I’m excited to see if she’s going to keep eating this way or change it. Maybe she learned something from me and I hope she’ll learn more about the impacts her diet has on the environment. We can all learn from each other.
