Traveling lightly is one challenge that not many of us is willing to take. We want to look good in our travel photos so we pack in so much clothes. There are also some of us who have the tendency of over-packing things that we think we might need for a trip but which end up not being used at all.

In this full moon, we present to you a podcast episode on the benefits of traveling lightly, and we're not just referring to saving on excess baggage payments. We're sharing tips and some of our travel experiences, and we hope to encourage you to travel with less baggage, emotional or otherwise.
