Talking about self-esteem is tricky. Mostly because of the word, “self.” As Jesus followers, we’re called to take our eyes OFF ourselves and focus on God. There’s a recent movement to believe we’re “enough” and just love ourselves more. But Biblical self-esteem is surprisingly opposite to this belief. (HINT: it has nothing to do with how we feel about ourselves). I hope you’ll enjoy this conversation as we talk about how to be secure and confident by knowing your identity in Christ.
As always, we're collecting bits of truth, because our mission is to create a mosaic containing stories and revelations of truth, to see the bigger picture of who God is and what he has for us.
