Life is full of paradoxes. One is how to hold for disappointment while also holding for miracles. As I prepare for bariatric surgery, I've had to learn how to hold with compassion for my past disappointments while continuing to energize the potential for miracles, too.

We will talk about resiliency and the willingness to show up in co-creation.
