You know there are plenty of things that need to be fixed on your campus and in Higher Education. But when you have staff members that only seem to focus on the negative or are chronic complainers, it can negatively impact your team and add to your stress. Complaining is often a symptom of a larger problem, so in this episode, we’re going to dig into why folks on your team might be focusing on the negative. Then we’ll discuss how to better manage those individuals and prevent them from negatively impacting your team. 

I can’t believe we’re halfway through summer! As you switch in to fall prep mode, don’t forget to invest in your team’s success. Strengths University offers in person and virtual workshops and retreats and still have some available dates for training before the fall term starts.
