I know that many of us are used to hearing the phrase Winter is Coming from HBOs epic series Game of Thrones. We all know that getting ready for winter is completely different. Winter poses different stresses on her body and skin. But here in the real world, spring and summer do occur if you live in one of the parts of the country that celebrates four seasons. As summer approaches we start to think about less clothing, showing more of our skin and the different stresses on our skin from increased exposure to UV radiation. In this pod cast we will discuss how to get ready for summer, not only getting our skin ready in terms of moisturization and sunscreens, but we will also touch on body contouring, breast augmentation and abdominoplasty. These are the 3 big surgeries and procedures that we see leading up to the summer months. We will talk about timing as well as recuperation time and what to expect from these procedures. And as always we will get side tracked into many different topics, all of which will help us get ready for the warmer weather.
