Kirsten Chick is a nutritional therapist, educator, author and speaker. Qualifying in 2003, she offers a nourishing, effective and empowering approach to nutrition, which she shares in one-to-one consultations, in the classroom and in her book, Nutrition Brought to Life.
Kirsten has taught at several colleges over the years, and currently leads modules in nutrition, holistic living and pathophysiology to degree students at East Sussex College. She has also written and delivered modules for specialist courses in Menopause, Fertility and Integrative Oncology, and spoke at last year's Your Life and Cancer conference. Kirsten still holds her own workshops and short courses on various health-related topics, alongside running a busy nutrition practice.
Kirsten's book, Nutrition Brought to Life, was published in August 2020 and has been well received, including by Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall who said "I was really delighted to come across Nutrition Brought to Life by Kirsten Chick, which is clearly tuned in to the latest scientific evidence on diet, and also feels inspiring, compassionate and achievable for the reader. It’s a book that I’m sure would be really helpful for a lot of people.”
