On Not So Mindless we’re learning to live a mindful life in a way you might least expect, we’re taking a closer look at the content we’re already consuming, from what’s trending and viral on Insta, Tik Tok, Twitter, and TV, and relating it to the thought patterns, emotions, and beliefs that lie INSIDE of us…so that we can learn and grow through the scrolling we’re doing literally all day long. This isn’t your regular daily talk show that gossips about reality tv or the lives of the rich and famous. On Not So Mindless we’ll be taking the juicy content we all love but we’re adding a bit of spice. We will take a look at our social feeds or Netflix binges through the lens of personal development, self-mastery, the laws of the universe, and human behavior and psychology. Together, we’ll be diving in on the entertainment we love the most – but we’ll be growing and learning alongside it… keeping the vibes high at all times!
