This is a unique initiative as it was introduced spontaneously by the third month into the pandemic. As the pandemic passed one year, it’s shocking how many care homes failed to introduced similar measures to connect their residents with their loved ones disregarding the importance of family and social interactions into the psychological wellbeing into their residents.
