Hello and welcome to the 2nd episode of the Nourish The Mama Podcast! I am so glad you are here mama! On this episode I welcome Maddy, a registered midwife who has worked on the Goldcoast, Adelaide, Tanzania, and is on her way to London to work later this year. During the episode, we dive into tips and strategies that you can implement to set yourself up for a positive birth experience (however that may look for you). We will touch on preparation before labour, strategies you can try during birth, and dive into a Q/A at the end.

*Fabric/scarf you can use during labour -- called a Rebozo. This technique involves using a scarf or other strong piece of fabric to gently rock the woman’s body, bringing relief to the muscles and ligaments around the abdominal and pelvic region.
