Professor Lee Wallis is Head of Emergency Medicine for the Western Cape Government, Professor and Head of the Division of Emergency Medicine at the University of Cape Town and the founding President of the African Federation for Emergency Medicine.

A former UK Navy doctor who also served in the Iraq war, found his home in South Africa after his ship birthed in Cape Town in '98.
