We can create a better world if we can entertain the idea that we're in Control of our Emotions. Nothing on the outside of our bodies should be able to make us happy or sad. We dictate what makes us happy or unknowingly fall victim to the status quo. We control all of our emotions and when we can fathom that more power to us.
